New Zealand Government Standards (MPI)

To be sold or exported as Mānuka honey, NZ law requires proof. Each batch must pass a 5-attribute test set by the New Zealand Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI):

🔎 4 Phenolic compounds from mānuka nectar

🔎 1 DNA marker from mānuka pollen

These tests confirm whether a batch is Monofloral or Multifloral Mānuka. We only pack Monofloral Mānuka—the purest classification.
