Our honey has a minimum MGO 550+ (Methylglyoxal). This is the key active marker found in Manuka. The higher the number, the higher the concentration. Our honey is tested independently in New Zealand.

Der „original“ neuseeländerische Manukahonig… geschmacklich vielleicht nicht für jeden etwas, da er recht eigen/herb schmeckt, dafür hat er aber einen sehr hohen MGO-Gehalt (dieser gibt die Konzentration von „Methylglyoxal im Honig an). Dadurch, dass das Siegel „Manuka“ lediglich auf geprüftem, neuseeländischem Honig aufgebracht werden kann, ist er natürlich merklich teurer, hat aber auch seine Vorteile.Ich persönlich verwende ihn gerne zum dezenten Süßen von Puddings aber auch im Tee oder am Wochenende auf dem Brötchen. :)⭐ Kaufempfehlung? ⭐👍🏻

Miel de Manuka de très bonne qualité, texture très épaisse, goût vraiment naturel (ça change du miel industriel !), packaging pratique et informations faciles à trouver et à comprendre. Les vertus du miel de Manuka sont vraiment intéressantes donc vu le prix on le consomme à petites doses !
