Independent Testing & Certification
Our honey undergoes extensive 3rd Party testing here in NZ. Our honey is tested to exceed the NZ Government standard for Legitimate Manuka Honey.
All of our honey is ALS certified. ALS is independently verified by IANZ (NZ Government's accreditation agency)
Beekeeping
We work with a small group of family beekeepers, who have been beekeeping for decades.
They take immense pride in what they do. They ensure correct hive hygiene and management practices are followed to product the best quality Manuka honey
RMP & HACCP
Our packing facility is regularly inspected by Asure Quality, an independent agency that conducts inspections of behalf of the NZ government.
The site is inspected to meet the highest Food quality standards under the RMP accreditation system, which is managed by the Ministry for Primary Industries.
The RMP system follows global food standards and the HACCP principle system which is defined by the international CODEX for food managed by the FAO
