Delicious! Consistency is not liquidy and more like very creamy peanut butter. Easy to dilute and melt into hot water and tea though.

I have had many products with manuka honey in it before, mostly skin care. And for skin care, it's really lovely. But I'd never really eaten any before, since typically I prefer a local honey or a clover honey. But I know manuka honey has many benefits, so I figured I'd give it a try!This is a STRONG honey. Don't expect it to taste like one you get out of a plastic bear, or even one that you may find locally at a farmers market. The honey flavor is almost leaning bitter, and there's a certain earthy undertone that may be strange until you get used to it. I find that a tiny spoonful in some butter to spread on biscuits or toasts works better for me because there's something about the earthiness that my mouth doesn't really care for.I do, however, use this for my skin. I apply a thin layer to my face and let it sit for 20 minutes before washing off. I find that it's pretty helpful for the redness I have in my cheeks. I have also mixed it with some plain white sugar and a dab of coconut oil to make a sugar scrub for my lips, and it works great!I know you can find uses for this lovely product, too!

𝘁𝗹;𝗱𝗿: Great manuka honey, nice-to-have traceability.┈╍┄┈┄╍─╍┄┈┄╍─╍┄┈┄╍─╍┄┈┄╍─╍┄┈┄╍┈𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:🍯 As far as manuka goes, WH’s manuka honey is pretty consistent with typical manuka characteristics - dense, more of a spreadable consistency than a syrup, and dark amber in color.🌺 The same goes for taste as well: it has the signature herbal and earthy flavor with a medium sweetness.🔍 Their alternative to UMF certification is both understandable and practical: comprehensive testing and a QR-based traceability system that provides detailed sourcing data that exceeds UMF’s standards without the added cost.Overall, another solid option for manuka honey that falls into the lower cost bracket.

Manuka honey usually has more depth of flavour and richness than other honeys, even the high quality raw ones, but this Wonder Honey is one of the nicest I've ever tried. This has a rich slightly waxy texture that's a world away from the boiled sugar syrup texture of most supermarket honey. The flavour is also deep and rich and almost caramel-ish except with more depth and that characteristic honey note.Of course the flavour isn't the only reason you'd spend this much to get a Manuka honey and the purity and possible health benefits are important too. I've no reason to doubt the claims made for this Wonder Honey, but I've got no means to verify them either except to say it makes me feel better, especially if I've got a sore throat or upset stomach. It comes nicely boxed and bottled and the whole experience is of a quality product, no denying it's very pricey though.
